Local Shipping
ISRAEL (all over the country) Standard shipping - 39₪ (3 to 7 working days + one full day to prepare)
International Shipping
International shipping is available upon request.
Please note that international orders are shipped through the Israel Post. Once the parcel has been handed over to the post office and shipped, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment.
You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel throughout its journey. However, from the moment the package leaves Israel Post, Mamydo is not responsible for delivery times, delays, loss, damage, or any other issue that may occur during international transit.
We will, of course, carefully prepare and package your order and personally take it to the post office for shipment.
International shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of the package and generally range between 65–125 ILS. Delivery usually takes 15–30 business days.
If you would like to place an international order, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm the shipping cost for your specific package and destination.
Return Policy
Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
